Non custom made Products may be returned for a partial refund within 30 days from purchase date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form and be in resalable condition and received within 14 business days from authorized return date. Custom Made Products: We are pleased to offer products that are custom-made to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since these product are printed to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.
